German term or phrase: vor Calcium
I'm translating a document about the effects of magnesium deficiency, and have come across a use of a preposition that is frustrating me. What does "vor Calcium" mean in the following sentences?

I would really appreciate any help.

Explanation:
Admittedly, this is quite a long shot but 'vor Calcium' wouldn't make any sense at all in these instances. I suspect this to be a transcription/speech recognition error for 'vor allem'.

You might enquire with your client to find out if the above assumption is correct.

neutral  oa_xxx (X): But that doesnt really make sense in the first two examples, to me anyway!? Tho agree it would be best to ask the client, something doesnt seem to add up!

-> In my opinion, 'vor allem' would make sense even in the first two sentences. Agree that asking the client would be the safest thing to do.

agree  Cilian O'Tuama: very strange error, but yes, I think you've cracked it

-> Looks like a typical Dragon Naturally Speaking (or Dragon Medical) error.

disagree  Anne-Katrin Grube: incorrect; with Brigitte: prior to the administration of Calcium or prior to a prescription of Calcium or the like ...

-> Might well be right, but I'd still ask the client.
