"Über eine 0,45µm Klärfiltration erfolgt die Abfüllung des Mediums in die jeweiligen Abfüllgebinde. Anschließend erfolgt eine Sterilisation der Abfüllgebinde im Dampfsterilisator gemäß SOP A bzw. SOP B.

Aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Gebindegrößen der abgefüllten Gebinde (1L) und den abgefüllten Rohren (50mL) für die Nutritivitätsprüfung, werden unterschiedliche Lösungsprogramme des Autoklaven zur Sterilisation verwendet. 1L-Flaschen werden mit dem Programm LP2 und Rohre mit dem Programm LP1 sterilisiert. Beide Programme besitzen eine Sterilisationstemperatur von +121,5 °C und eine Sterilisationszeit von 25 Minuten, die Programme unterscheiden sich jedoch in der Beladung des Autoklaven, siehe nachfolgende Musterbeladungen und Beladungsbeschreibungen."

From a vaccine manufacturer's deviation report. This passage has to do with making soy casein peptone medium. I have absolutely no idea what a Nutritivitätsprüfung is and can't find a translation for it anywhere. Well, the Prüfung part of the word is easy enough, the Nutritivität part has me utterly stumped. TIA for any light you can shed on this odd and obscure word.
