PG: pregnancy, PD: Delivery

Seems like this is a female patient. She is married and has had two pregnancies, but delivered no babies (the first was terminated with abortion, the second probably was, or she is currently in her second pregnancy and hasn't delivered yet).

Note added at 4 days (2019-11-13 12:31:44 GMT)

Number of pregnancies and number of deliveries would be the most appropriate translation.

Notes to answerer
Asker: I see nothing to suggest this is a possibility. Unlikely, as noted.

neutral  Susanne Schiewe: Seems unlikely, IMO. That would be abbreviated G2, P0 in a typical German medical report. Any references for your suggestion?
