MTA stands for medical technical assistant, if I am not mistaken.
But what does "Ster." stand for? I am not sure about "Reg." either.

Any suggestions?

Explanation:
"Sterile MTA" nehme ich mal an.
Das "reg." könnte "registrierend" heißen - also im Sinne von "Messwerte registrieren"

agree  Sanni Kruger (X): I also think it stands for "sterile/r MTA", i.e. who's scrubbed and gowned. My reading of it is that the reg. stands for "regulär", i.e. not scrubbed, probably the "runner".
