Medical - Medical: Health Care / Personal history in medical report
German term or phrase: PG
"Kein PG"

Not sure what this is within the context of a personal history of the patient. The sentence reads patient lives alone, children live far away, [VoVo Tochter, kein PD (Pending clarification), kein PG"

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

PG = Pflegegrad
level of (domiciliary/non-hospital) nursing care

Explanation:
This would be the other possibility here. 'Pflegegrade' were introduced this year in Germany to replace the previous 'Pflegestufen' - see, for instance, https://www.pflege.de/pflegekasse-pflegerecht/pflegegrade/
