Recall Explanation: I think that your suggestions of repurchase and buy-back are fairly close to the mark, however in pharma (or wholesalers in general, especially automotive/mechanical) in a US context people tend to talk about recalls. Source from the FDA: http://www.fda.gov/Drugs/drugsafety/DrugRecalls/default.htm So in this case, it would be something like "In the case of a recall, does a written notice suffice..." -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 12 mins (2015-07-10 15:31:28 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- (Of course, this is only in the case that there was a fault found with the product.
