This firm of notaries in Dresden gives the following definition in German
Heckschen & van de Loo - Notaries
Hohe Straße 12
01069 Dresden

I would therefore surmise that your suggestion is correct.

(BrE: approx) Conveyance noted as a caution against first registration

At the UK Land Registry, this might well be regd. as a caution against first registration vs. dealings and, in unregd. conveyancing as a C(iv) estate contract of sale: obviously practical conveyancing points lost on paper & online dictionaries.

Note added at 8 hrs (2015-11-10 22:46:46 GMT)

For future ref: noting of the conveyance with the effect of a first-registration caution.
