Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Conveyancing
German term or phrase: beschraenkt oder getrennt
In the context of long and complex conveyancing documentation, this is a description of one of the powers of the notary in conveyancing, in terms of his/her abilities to process land registration matters. After research, I'm not quite sure I understand the meaning of "beschraenkt oder getrennt" here; can anyone help.

Please check out my other queries :-) and thanks in advance.

Source-country: DE,CH or AT? - the latter might send the answer on a different title-related tangent.

If the Notary is making the land reg. application on behalf of a Client then, surely, it is - as in E&W probate - a time-limited or 'cessate' process and separate from the instructing Client who can come in later to re-Register.

NB a beschränkte persönliche Dienstbarkeit would be a 'personal licence' in the UK and not an easement in rem
