  -> Not ignoring it at all. Only using something that covers the same aspects and works better in English.
neutral  AllegroTrans: Community Affairs encompasses asdministrative functions to my mind; "Kultur" is something else and you've ignored it here. Also, this Dept. deals with much more than elections
