4 | Debit balance |

Debit balance Explanation: I would stick to the literal translation of 'Sollausgleich' because it already implies payment within the accounting system and it is safer to let the court and lawyers interpret the evidence provided. What is [...] a debit balance? A debit is an entry on the left side of an account. For example, the account Cash is debited when cash is received. The account Cash will be credited when cash is paid out. (A credit is an entry on the right side of an account.) If a company's Cash account has $394,000 of debit amounts and $392,000 of credit amounts, the Cash account will have a debit balance of $2,000. Most asset accounts and expense accounts will have debit balances. If the Cash account had $394,000 of debit amounts and $395,000 of credit amounts, the Cash account will have a credit balance of $1,000. This indicates that it has a negative amount of cash—that the amount of checks written is greater than the money it has received. If a bank deposit is not made prior to its checks clearing the bank, the company's bank account will overdraw. https://www.accountingcoach.com/blog/debit-and-debit-balance Die grundsätzliche Definition für die Ausgangsrechnung besteht darin, dass ein Kunde (Privatperson oder Unternehmen) etwas gekauft hat und dafür eine Rechnung erhält. These are generally in the form of invoices raised by a business and delivered to the customer for payment within an agreed time frame. Accounts receivable is shown in a balance sheet as an asset. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accounts_receivable The translation for 'Kundenstamm' would normally be 'costumer portfolio' but as you can see from the link for 'Kundenkonto' debits are entered in Kundenkontos and not in 'Kundenstamm'. What about: Debit balance within customer accounts or debit balance within accounts receivable? This would imply that payments were made between different accounts. |
