"Ertrag" can be revenue or even earnings, depending on EN usage/country and company preferences, hence "Ertragsrisiken" = "revenue/earnings risk(s)". And I'd prefer "return" for "Rendite" (cf. "risk/return profile").

I mean I do not wish to split hairs but the "healthy" (yeah, well, I know .. they just need to be suitable to cover the potential risk that buying the investment entails, i.e. appropriate, not necessarily juicy or healthy) returns must be there for the institutional investor even if the risk does NOT occur, according to the logic of risk management practices on the part of the institutional buyer of the financial instrument in regard to making a loss. So maybe you could put "Any potential revenue risk must be adequately rewarded by appropriate returns".

Es könnte in diese Richtung gehen:

The expected return should include a reasonable premium for the yield risk.

Oder allgemeiner:

Any yield risks should be compensated for by a reasonable level of return.

Es geht nicht um Einkommen, sondern um den Ertrag, die Rendite, die mit einer Investition erzielt wird. "Prämieren" in dem Zusammenhang bezieht sich eventuell auf den Aufschlag, der aufgrund bestimmter Risiken beim Preis für eine Anlage einkalkuliert wird (vgl. "sell at a premium", werden mit Aufschlag gehandelt).

Je höher das Risiko, desto höher ist im Allgemeinen die Rendite einer Anlage. Es wird also ein Aufschlag für das Risiko berechnet, die Risikobereitschaft wird honoriert (bzw. hier: prämiert).
