Weltering greetings!
Here is yet another term in my current project. I ASSUME it means right/legal/legitimate. The first part is the next item on a list of activities to promote social businesses. This is followed by the German text and my current hurdle.
You've all been great so far, so I'm sure at least one of you can add to my meager knowledge in this field.

• Including an innovation amendment to the co-operation precept in the social security statute book 1 (§17 par. 3 pg. 1 SGB I).

Eine solche Klausel würde auf gesetzestechnisch sehr einfache Weise Anreize für staatliche und Kommunale Akteure schaffen, innovative Sozialgründungen neben der freien Wohlfahrtspflege stärker in der Förderung zu berücksichtigen.

Such an amendment would simplify legalities (!?), providing federal and municipal parties with an incentive to deepen their consideration of innovative social start-ups and independent social care providers as candidates for sponsorship.

Not sure where this uncertainty is coming from. This turn of a phrase is not unusual in German at all.. Look at the whole phrase not just 'gesetzestechnisch'

Asker: Thank you Michael. This is so far from my fields, it would never occur to me to view this as a phrase. Not everyone's a business translator, so please don't be condescending. I'm not getting paid for this.

Asker: I realize that -technisch is a common suffix for just about anything from transport to beverages at a party. That's not the issue in this context, more the entire phrase, if had known it was a phrase.

agree  Andreas Gerold: In der vorgeschlagenen Übersetzung des Satzes: Der Relativsatz "that are easy to draft into law" müsste bei "clause" stehen, nicht bei "incentives"; Es sollen ja nicht die Anreize zum Gesetz werden. / Die Übersetzung für "gesetzestechnisch" ist gut.
