Does anyone know of an "official" translation for the term *Länder-Arbeitsgemeinschaft Abfall (LAGA)?

They have a website at Bund/Länder-Arbeitsgemeinschaft Abfall (LAGA). I used "working committee," but there is a question
about this.
The context is a letter about hazardous waste disposal which states "Wir übersenden Ihnen die entsprechende Textpassage aus der Muster-verwaltungsvorschrift der Länderarbeitsgemeinschaft Abfall ,,,,"
