This is from a play on words which won't work in English without tweaking. The USP is that the can opener is based on a ratchet system with no wing screw device to turn. The publicity material ends in the sentence: So viel steht schon mal fest: Ohne zu drehen, haben wir damit den Dreh ganz schnell raus. Without repeating "turn" it's going to fall flat.
