ich nehme mal an es handelt sich um einen Schreibfehler beim Tartare, dieser Französische Ausdruck kann dann eins zu eins im Englischen übernommen werden. Bliebe noch der Schlosssaibling - nehme mal an da war jemend Kreatives am Werk und es handelt sich um einen Seesaibling - vielleicht aus schlosseigener Zucht? - eine google Suche nach char tartare bringt auch jede Menge nette Fotos
