Es geht um den Tatbestand der gefährlichen Drohung, da eine Person gegen eine andere ein "Besteckmesser" erhob und ihr damit nachlief, um diese Person "in Furcht und Unruhe zu versetzen".

Ich verstehe unter "Besteckmesser" ein kleines Messer mit nicht allzu scharfer, leicht gezackter, abgerundeter Klinge, das man für gewöhnlich neben Löffel und Gabel zum Essen verwendet.

Es scheint, dass "cutlery knife" aber auch "Küchenmesser" bedeuten kann, also ein größeres Messer mit scharfer, spitzer Klinge, das man z. B. zum Schneiden von Fleisch und Gemüse verwendet.

Wie könnte man "Besteckmesser" am besten auf Englisch ausdrücken?
