Judith, I think you might want to go back to the customer and ask them what exactly it is that they did in their job. It sounds as if she/he were used in different service situations - We usually use à la carte when we order something that doesn't come with the anything else - meaning we would order a steak for example and then order the side dishes which would each cost something separately. The other type of menu would be the one where you order a dish and there is for example potatoes or rice, salad or vegetable, etc included in the price. |
