German term or phrase: Vulkanposition
"Trichter: Vulkanposition"
"Benötigtes Grillzubehör: Grillrost und Gusseisenpfanne"

This is part of a cooking recipe for french fries, which are apparently being prepared on a grill.

"volcano position" gets no hits on Google.

Any ideas?
TIA,
Alexander

inverted
Explanation:
Would we not simply say that the funnel is inverted?

I'll reverse the language combination as it's clearly not English-German.

agree  BrigitteHilgner: Yes, I think you have to describe it - when in my kitchen, I don't want to think about volcanos - makes me nervous. ;-)
