(Bread) Dumpling salad with mushrooms
Explanation:
I have made this several times myself using leftover "Semmelknödel" or "Serviettenködel". You see it on quite a few menus here in Austria.
Basically leftover bread dumplings, cold or warm, sliced, usually served with an oil and vinegar dressing and some other ingredient - in this case fried mushrooms. It's really nice!
