spaetzle/noodle maker Explanation: This is a metal sheet with holes which fits over your pan of boiling water. You place the spaetzle dough onto it and push it through the holes with the scraper and the individual pieces of spaetzle drop into the boiling water and cook. I would suggest calling it just a spaetzle maker - like a pasta maker |
