Explanation:
Nach einigem Nachdenken meine ich 'broth' wäre besser, denn im 'broth' wird alles zusammengegessen, während in 'stock' die Festteile in der Flüssigkeit ausgesiebt werden, um dann die Flüssigkeit zum Verfeinern von Soßen usw zu verwenden. 'Broth' hat außerdem den Vorteil dass es ein wenig altmodischer klingt.
