German term or phrase: Neubauer
EIN PFLICHTTERMIN FÜR DEN INNOVATIVEN
NEUBAUER & SANIERER

(aus dem Ausstellerfolder für eine Baumesse)

Is "Builders" in this context enough?

English translation:builders
Explanation:
Yes, you can just use builders here. Because it is followed by "and sanierer" it is clear from the context that it is referring to people or companies who are involved in constructing new buildings.

This is something along the lines of A CAN'T MISS OPPORTUNITY FOR INNOVATIVE BUILDERS AND RENOVATORS

for all those who are planning to build new or renovate and are looking vor in

Explanation:

A compulsory event for all those who are planning to build new or renovate (their existing home) and are looking for innovative solutions

...in innovative construction

Explanation:
'An unmissable event for leaders in innovative construction & renovation'

I would personally move the emphasis around in English. 'New-build' can be used to describe a construction but there is not a similar term for a person apart from the general 'builder'. If you say 'construction & renovation' though, I think that the newness of the 'construction' is implied in contrast with 'renovation'.

agree  Björn Vrooman: Good explanation. You can also expand it a bit: "...to deliver unrivalled construction, renovation and refurbishment services across London and the Home Counties." http://www.chelsea-construction.co.uk Renovate, refurbish and retrofit are tricky words.

  -> Thank you!

agree  Lancashireman: The only way to incorporate 'new' here would be to place it after the noun: builders of new homes. Too cumbersome for asker's context.

disagree  Johannes Gleim: No, 'innvoative' refers to new construction methods, what is not the meaning of "Neubauer".

Explanation:
Builders is not specific enough in English.

Compare with this:

INNOVATIVE BEGINNER/STARTER IN BOOTH/STAND BUILDINGS

Explanation:

I am a beginner when it comes to designing such things.
I am specifically looking for books on this topic, could anyone give me any advice on some good books which would help me do this.
