controlled support costs Explanation: This is another possibility, but so hard to tell which is right. Really could do with some more context here to be sure, any chance of providing some of the other bullet points in the list? Anyway, I don´t think that it´s necessarily wrong to talk of "support effort", the term is quite common, but "costs" might work here. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 hrs 34 mins (2005-09-15 18:14:54 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Given the extra context, how about "resource(s)" as a word to cover most of the bases? "Monthly costs and resources" etc. |

reduced support costs Explanation: Although it's probably not an exact translation, "reduced support costs" sounds to me like something that would show up as a bulleted item in someone's sales pitch. |
