turbulent mixing Explanation: Example from source below: "The first one is based on a turbulent mixing of liquid and gas in a T-junction (see figure "GenerationMoussePolydisperse"). It allows a high rate production of foam with controlled volume fraction. The obtained bubbles are around 50 microns (see figure "MoussePolydisperse")."
