German to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Business/Commerce (general) / Canton of Zurich Commercial Register
German term or phrase: urspr. Stat.
I am in receipt of a commercial register excerpt from the Canton of Zurich. The main text is in German and the headings are in English. Under the heading ‘Date of the acts’ it states ‘urspr. Stat.’ followed by a date. I’m assuming that urspr. is an abbreviation of ursprünglich but I’m not sure about Stat. in this context. Any ideas?
