Hi,

This is from a company car policy for leasing quality vehicles (middle to upper middle class and up).

The German is "Smartphone-Vorbereitung mit Freisprecheinrichtung".

Would ***In-Car Phone Box with hands-free kit*** work at all? I do not wish to fall victim to any false friends (a phone box is also a Telefonzelle after all), hence the capitalisation, but still ... . However, I have found this:

Please note I am not competely sure that the depicted item, which allows for wireless charging, is a Smartphonevorbereitung, which is an umbrella term across vehicle brands for various technical solutions that come integrated with the car ex works/ex dealer (rather than being installed in it retroactively by the driver or a garage) and that do not necessarily in all cases allow its users to charge their phone in it or attached to it.
