frequently castigates people for submitting multiple terms in one question when they're not. This is another example, and I've asked him to change it back.
I realise now that I may have made this a bit confusing or misled people to believe that the term might be the title of the table. It is not. It appears under the table and reads "Mehr-/Weniger-Rechnung: EUR XXXX.XX" The amount lists (XXXX.XX) is the same amount listed in the Veränderung column for Angestellte versteuert (as opposed to unversteuert). So, it's the change from the beginning to the end of the year in provision for anniversary bonuses (in one of the two tables where it appears) or severance compensation (in the other table) for the "taxed" heading under employees. So, somehow, it seems that this tie-in to taxed or untaxed is signifcant.
Aha, so that's how it happened.. the moderator changed it. I wish they would ask the asker before doing things like that. It should be Mehr-/Weniger-Rechnung.
... because the question headline originally read 'Mehr-/Weniger-Rechnung', but was then changed to 'Weniger-Rechnung' by the moderator. Which one is correct?
Yes, Steffen, and they have the same type of table for severence compensation, and in both cases, the figure that follows Mehr-/Weniger-Rechnung is the figure that is listed in the "Change" column for taxed employees.
Actually, Steffen, it's not so much a column heading as it is a line that appears alone just under the table. The table is preceded by this statement: "In den sonstigen Rückstellungen sind Jubiläumsprämien als Anreizsystem zur Bindung für langjährige Mitarbeiter mit folgenden Details enthalten:"
and then the entries are labeled as follows: Zusammensetzung und Entwicklung: Angestellte davon unversteuert versteuert
Those were the row headings, and the column headings are as follows: Stand am [beginning of year date] EUR Veränderung EUR Stand am [end of year date] EUR
I just realised that I somehow entered the term incorrectly. It should be: "Mehr-/Weniger-Rechnung" Does anyone know how I can correct that? And now, on to find the answer to your question, Steffan.
