There are quite a few hits for Zufluss in relation to income tax online (eg link), but they seem mostly to relate to the recognition of payment - I don't think that is what is being referenced here. peer agreement (net): +2benefits received Explanation: Ramey Rieger asked me to post this as an answer, and it's probably a good idea so that it is more visible. This is a new disclosure required by the German Corporate Governance Code, which now distinguishes between "gewährte Zuwendungen" ("benefits granted": that's OK) and "Zufluss". The CGC translates this as "allocation", which is wrong/ambiguous in my opinion, as "allocation" doesn't mean that something has actually been paid. So we have consistently translated this as "benefits received", which we believe to be the correct and appropriate comparison with "benefits granted" - and our corporate clients are backing us on this. It really is such a shame that such an important document as the English translation of the German Corporate Governance Code is so mediocre (lots of non-nativese) and riddled with errors (it always has been). In your case, I'd say that the benefits received were paid by XYZ GmbH. |
