trained Explanation: "Other debtors may be charged the amounts stated in the invoices, regardless of the companies trained." They mean that they can not only invoice the companies that receive training, but also other companies too. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 11 mins (2014-11-06 12:08:47 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- should be "regardless of the company trained" - sorry about that! |

having undergone training Explanation: Independent of the company having undergone training, divergent debtors may be held liable for the billed amounts. Clearly, the company is the one being 'geschult', but outside debtors (who may only be marginally benefitting from the "Schulung") may be on the hook, too, if the company balks at paying certain amounts. That's how I read it. Certainly a weird way of expressing oneself. |
