Ein Oberlieger ist im Wasserrecht ein oberhalb eines bestimmten Punktes ansässiger Gebietsberechtigter, etwa ein Grundstückseigentümer. Der Begriff erschließt sich erst im jeweiligen Zusammenhang mit dem Unterlieger.

Kennt jemand die niederländische Übersetzung für diese Begriffe?
