Mit der Inkraftsetzung des Vertrages gilt die Phase 1 als beauftragt (Phase der Erlangung der Lokationsgenehmigung). Die Phase 2 (Phase der Projektumsetzung) sowie die sonstigen Leistungen werden gesondert schriftlich abgerufen, wobei dem Auftragnehmer kein Anspruch auf Abruf dieser Leistung mit der Inkraftsetzung erwächst.

Asker: Možda i naručiti/naručivanje, što mislite?

Asker: Na kraju ću se odlučiti za izraz tražiti ili zatražiti, a to je svakako na tragu Vašeg odgovora. Eh, ti Austrijanci, baš ga vole zafitiljiti. Da je to bar jedino u tom ugovoru :-(

agree  Sandra Milosavljevic-Rothe: kod mene u ekonomskom rečniku stoji, pored opoziv, što se ovde kako ste lepo zaključili, ne slaže i "zahtijevati dostavu robe" (ovde konkretno usluga, a ne robe, ali bi nešto u tom stilu možda moglo da prođe)
