1. Der Auftraggeber schließt eine Bauleistungsversicherung mit einem Selbstbehalt von bis zu EUR 5.000,00 je Schadensfall ab, der vom Auftragnehmer zu tragen ist.
Die Versicherungspolice kann vor Vertragsunterzeichnung eingesehen werden.
