German term or phrase: Eisbein
"Eisbein" is a famous, German, local dish of pickled ham hock, usually cured and slightly boiled.
Basically, it's a slow-cooked, cured pork knuckle.

I want to transliterate the word to preserve the German iconic dish,
but the problem is that I am uncertain about its pronunciation in German language.

Could anyone who knows German or not help me with this please?
Thanks so much.
