Il a voulu absolument, à cette occasion de la parution de son nouveau livre, m'emmener déjeuner avec lui (Léautaud, Journal littér., 2, 1908, p.112). Ses grandes aventures étaient maintenant la parution d'un ouvrage illisible, d'un article sur Kafka ou Faulkner (Aymé, Confort, 1949, p.120).
