Explanation:
Los "secours non médicaux" hacen referencia, por ejemplo, a las intervenciones de los bomberos en caso de incendio o accidente de tráfico. Yo traduciría simplemente por "no médico", como se usa también por ejemplo en expresiones como "personal no médico" o "pruebas no médicas".
