Hola a a todos, siguiendo con la adjudicación de herencia me aparece esta frase que me plantean muchas dudas:
"Les requérants dispensent expressément le notaire soussigné d'établir cette déclaration et lui donne toute décharge à ce sujet"

No creo que aqui "dispenser" tenga el sentido de eximir, sino más bien todo lo contrario... pero no estoy nada segura..
Mi intento: "Los requirentes requieren al notario infrascrito para que establezca dicha declaración y le autorizan a recibir toda acreditación referente a este tema"
Estoy bastante disgustada con mi traducción... Si alguien me puede ayudar, me alegraría mucho esta mañana de domingo.

Hola Cecilia, es un poco contradictorio pero creo que el término "dispensent" puede significar: "Autorisation de faire, exceptionnellement, ce qui est normalement prohibé" ou " Autorisation de ne pas faire ce qui est prescrit".
Yo lo traduciría: Las partes eximen al Notario de establecer dicha declaración y lo liberan (o descargan) de toda declaración referente a... Pero fíjate bien. Necesitaría más contexto para poder ayudarte más.
