Es el nombre de un equipo de empleados de la empresa, cuya descripción copio aquí abajo. Me pregunto si existe alguna traducción más adecuada que la literal.

Ces équipes, technico-commerciales, ont pour charge de s’assurer que les solutions livrées au client correspondent aux besoins de ces derniers. Pour cela, elles s’appuient sur leurs connaissances des produits de l'entreprise et de l’environnement du client pour définir (...)

Etant à la source des besoins du client, ces équipes sont de fait la voie principale pour la remontée de besoins clients non couverts par les produits (modifications, ajouts de fonctionnalités).
