Traduzco un texto jurídico y, comme d'habitude, la gramática deja mucho que desear. ¿Alguno sabría darme alguna idea de cómo enfocar el siguiente párrafo? Mi lío viene en la parte "...droit reprise par elle".

"L'immatriculation de la Société emportera de plein droit reprise par elle des engagements souscrits par la société XXX visés en Annexe 1."
