Reposar Explanation: Yo diría que se refiere a dejar reposar el postre en la nevera, para que se asiente. Es un paso que se suele hacer con algunos postres y comidas. Palabra de cocinillas :-) http://cocina.facilisimo.com/mousse-de-limon_876991.html "...zumo de limón abundante(pobrar tambien para no pasaros,tiene que quedar un poco acido), podeis añadir ralladura de limón (eso queda a vuestro gusto ) dejar reposar en la nevera bastante rato, para que tome cuerpo." |
