Este vorba de o interventie pe o strada pentru culegerea de informatii despre canalizare, fiind enumerate toate chestiile necesare: echipament de protectie, instrumente de masura etc.

Par a fi un fel de borne/jaloane/marcaje [de avertizare], probabil/posibil luminoase, mobile, pentru ca masinile sa nu dea in gropi sau in canalele deschise de muncitori...

In GDT am gasit:

dupa stiinta mea, chestiunea din poza e un jalon. si pare a fi reflectorizant. daca nu are becuri, atunci, probabil, cea mai buna solutie e \"jalon reflectorizant\"

pentru lucrusoarele acelea mici incastrate in asfalt nu am gasit nici un termen. in Cluj, inainte sa dispara, li se spunea licurici :)
