Traduc un act constitutiv pentru o societate din Luxemburg. Actul în sine e în engleză, urmat de o traducere în franceză.
O să dau contextul în ambele limbi:
La société a pur objet d'acquérir des participations dans X S.C.A., une société organisée sous forme de société en commandite par actions (S.C.A.) ainsi que d'agir en tant que son actionnaire commandité (sper că nu sunt greșeli de tipar, n-am mai scris în franceză de la liceu).
În engleză este:
The purpose of the company is to acquire a participation in X S.C.A., a company organised as a société en commandite par actions (S.C.A.) and to act as its general partner.
Se presupune că varianta în franceză e traducerea celei în engleză și eu trebuie să traduc varianta în engleză. Aș avea nevoie de niște ajutor pentru că nu sunt traducător de franceză și cred că traducerea termenului ar fi mai exactă dacă mă iau după „actionnaire commandité”
