O contexto: uma lista de outros profissionais a quem um médico pode pedir opiniões sobre um caso (dentista, psicólogo...).

Eu havia pensado em "assistente social", mas isso também consta da lista portanto o termo em questão deve significar alguma outra coisa. Como o texto é belga, há uma tradução em holandês: "overleg met psychosociale begeleider". Eu hesitei em usar "acompanhante psicossocial" porque não há entradas no Google, embora haja para "acompanhamento".
