Ho inserito infine dei riferimenti al vino di visciole (o amarene selvatiche), che sono bacche simili alla ciliegia, ma più piccole e dal sapore acidulo.

Avendo letto il seguito del testo nella domanda "le poudré délicat de la griotte", ho notato che compare per ben due volte la parola "notes" (notes végétales e notes gourmandes), per cui, nella traduzione che avevo suggerito "con note acidule di amarena", sostituirei "note" con "toni".
