i veicoli che trasportano merci pericolose, necessitano di un'autorizazione alla circolazione, denominata in francese "certificats d’agrément" che può essere di due tipi:

les certificats barrés d’un trait jaune, che permettono il trasporto solo in territorio francese ;
les certificats barrés d’un trait rose detti "certificati ADR" che permettono il trasporto su strada sia in Francia che all'estero.
