ehehhehe sembra che i bodybuilders italiani abbiano la stessa voglia di tradurre di quelli francesi....
insomma in quel mondo si usa dips indifferentemente per intendere tutte e tre le cose riportate sopra
Quindi, anche se è orribile, sembra che potresti non tradurlo. Oppure, meglio secondo me, usare le traduzioni di cui sopra a seconda del contesto... :)

non includo links solo perché l'interpretazione *precisa* del significato di dips l'ho ricavata guardandomi un sacco di foto di attrezzi e di forum di fitness (in cui i niubbi chiedono disperati cosa si intenda, appunto, con dips :)), ognuno con la sua briciolina di spiegazioni...
