il parametro cioè che spieghi nella definizione (la differenza tra la frequenza cardiaca che risulta dal cambio di posizione e quella normale ti indica quanto si è affaticato il cuore).

Per quanto riguarda la frequenza e il battito, non sono la stessa cosa: la frequenza è il numero di battiti al minuto, ed è normalmente un parametro numerico.
Il battito è la singola pulsazione, ma nella frequenza ce ne sono diversi.
Spero che la spiegazione sia abbastanza chiara.

agree  luskie: o forse lavoro o sforzo cardiaco (vedi prove sotto sforzo) - battito e frequenza sono a volte usati impropriamente come sinonimi, ma la differenza c'è ed è quella che dici (btw, il battito ha una frequenza, un ritmo, etc)
