- Vous la trouvez tiède pour l’instant la réponse des Européens après ce qu’il s’est passé sur un plan politique en Hongrie, avec ce vote des pleins pouvoirs ?

- Oui, je la trouve tiède et je pense que l’on ne va pas en rester là d’ailleurs, parce qu’il y a des constantes, y compris dans le droit des circonstances exceptionnelles.

Elle doit être proportionnée.
Autant de choses que la loi hongroise a volontairement ignorées et qui laissent beaucoup d’inquiétudes et qui sont inacceptables au niveau de l’Union européenne.
Je pense que la Commission européenne pourrait saisir la Cour de justice en référé, comme elle l’a fait pour la Pologne déjà, et qu’ensuite les procédures au Parlement européen, au Conseil, suivront leur cour.

Buongiorno Fabio. Leggendo il testo credo si tratti di un refuso. A mio modesto parere il sostantivo in questione dovrebbe essere "cours"=corso, anche perché Cour=corte nello stesso testo è scritto in lettera maiuscola.
