agree  Eric Hahn (X): Klingt plausibel. Bin zwar nur ein Hobby-Önologe, weiss aber, dass jeder Zone des Geschmacksorgans (der Zunge) eine bestimmte Geschmacksempfindung (süss, bitter usw.) zugeordnet ist. "Bouche" bezieht sich auf den Geschmackssinn, "nez" auf den Geruchssinn.
