Ich übersetze eine Kurzbeschreibung eines kleinen Restaurants in der Bretagne, das Austern aus heimischer Zucht anbietet. Der Satz lautet:

"Dans un intérieur design, prenez place face au comptoir qui comprend un ***plan d’écaillage*** et un bassin intégré."

Ich kann mir unter dem eingesternten Teil nicht wirklich viel vorstellen. Ist das eine Fläche, auf der die Austern "ausgenommen" bzw. hergerichtet werden?
