In meinem Text aus dem Lebensmittelbereich (Prüfungsfragen Lebensmitteltechnologie) werden die Zutaten einer Glacé aufgezählt. Ich weiss nicht, um welche Art es sich handelt, vermute aber, es ist ein Cornet.
Die Liste ist wie folgt:

Crèmes glacées café et Marsala: .....
Feuilleté, décor et chemisage au cacao maigre:....
Sauce chocolat: .....
Morceaux de biscuit: .....

Ich denke, das «feuilleté» ist die Waffel, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher. Kann mir das jemand bestätigen oder die richtige Lösung verraten? Vielen Dank für die Hilfe!
